Holden Professional Outplacement Services 2009

ETM Placements is proud to be supporting Holden workers with their career transition.

We have devised a tailored program of services to support you through your career transition from GMH.

What does the program provide?

The program includes:

  • Support and training to develop key skills to approach the current job market with confidence and optimism,
  • An insight into the current job market for engineering and related specialists,
  • Assistance with the development of a personal career plan,
  • An interface with growing engineering and technical sectors through experienced career consultants, and to nominated recruitment agencies
  • Provision of support and career advice for three months after commencement.

How is the program delivered?

The program is based on a combination of delivery methodologies ranging from group seminars, e-learning, to one on one personal consultation and electronic and telephone support.

This approach will take into consideration your experience, role and professional qualifications, in the context of your future career aspirations and plans.

How do I start?

Ring Christine Fry on 1300 853 303 to book a time for us to discuss your program options, collect your workbook, password and web access details and to plan your seminar program.

What do I have to do?

Elements of the program are delivered in our offices at 163 Eastern Road South Melbourne, (e.g. seminars, one on one consultation). Online career planning modules can be undertaken in the dedicated career transition office area.
